GPTWhiteLabel content is not for resale. By using our Communication Services, you agree to the following terms:
Monitoring: We have the right, but not the obligation, to review, edit, or remove any activity or content in Communication Services. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any content posted by you or any third party. Any content posted on our Communication Services is the opinion of the poster and not of GPTWhiteLabel.
Privacy: Please be advised that if you voluntarily disclose personal information (e.g., username, email address) on the Communication Services, that information can be viewed and used by others and may result in unsolicited messages. We advise users to be cautious when sharing personal information.

International Users
Access Worldwide: GPTWhiteLabel is hosted in United Kingdom, but is accessible to users around the world. If you access GPTWhiteLabel from locations outside United Kingdom, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Content and Services: The content and services provided on GPTWhiteLabel may not be appropriate or available for use in all countries. We reserve the right to limit our services and content to any person or geographic area at any time. If you choose to access our website from outside United Kingdom, you do so on your own initiative and are solely responsible for ensuring that such access and use complies with local laws.
Data Transfer: By using GPTWhiteLabel and providing us with data, you consent to the transfer, storage, and processing of that data in United Kingdom and other countries which may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you reside.
Currency and Pricing: All transactions on GPTWhiteLabel are processed in US Dollars. If you are making a purchase from outside the US, currency exchange rates and conversion fees may apply, and your bank may charge you additional fees.
Local Regulations: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of GPTWhiteLabel is in line with local regulations and that you have the right to access our content and services in your jurisdiction.
Indemnification
Agreement to Indemnify: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GPTWhiteLabel, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) that such parties may incur as a result of or arising from your (or anyone using your account’s) violation of these terms, use of our website or services, or violation of any rights of any other person or entity.
Notification of Claims: GPTWhiteLabel will provide you with prompt notice of any such claims or actions. It is your responsibility to take appropriate actions to defend such claims and to cover all costs associated with the defense. GPTWhiteLabel reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with GPTWhiteLabel in asserting any available defenses.
No Settlement Without Consent: You will not settle any such claim or matter without the written consent of GPTWhiteLabel. GPTWhiteLabel will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim or proceeding upon becoming aware of it.
Cooperation: You agree to cooperate fully with us in the defense of any claim that is the subject of your obligations hereunder.
Enforcement: This indemnification obligation will survive the termination or expiration of your account and these terms.
Cancellation/ Refunds
Our refund policy at GPTWhiteLabel is very simple.
Full refunds will only be issued for cancellations that are requested within 120 minutes of ordering. We do not provide full refunds for disputes submitted after 120 minutes. Once we begin work on an order, it is no longer refundable.
All orders delivered are final and non refundable. All software created and delivered to clients of GPTWhiteLabel are nonrefundable because there is no way for us to recoup our labor costs for the platform. We do, however, offer unlimited support on all orders. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Support requests must be submitted via our help center here. All other submission forms, such as emails, or social media messages will be ignored.

Chargebacks, Disputes
Chargeback Policy: If you believe a charge made through GPTWhiteLabel (“we”, “us”, “our”) is unauthorized or erroneous, we encourage you to contact our customer support team before initiating a chargeback request with your bank or credit card company. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in the suspension or termination of your account on our platform.
Resolution Process: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to work in good faith to resolve the matter directly through communication before resorting to alternative resolution methods. If the dispute cannot be resolved, either party may request formal mediation.
Reporting Discrepancies: If you believe there are discrepancies in your account or billing, please notify us within 30 days of the charge appearing on your statement. Failure to report discrepancies within this period may result in the charge being deemed valid and non-refundable.
Fees & Penalties: Chargebacks that are deemed unwarranted or made in bad faith may result in additional fees and penalties. These fees are to cover administrative costs and potential fines levied by credit card processors or banks.
Suspension: Users who engage in fraudulent chargebacks or display a pattern of chargeback behavior may have their account suspended or terminated at our sole discretion.
Documentation & Evidence: In the event of a chargeback or dispute, we reserve the right to provide the necessary documentation and evidence to payment processors, banks, or other relevant third parties to validate the authenticity and validity of the charge.
Refund Policy: Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on eligible refunds. If a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be processed using the original method of payment.
Legal Recourse: We reserve the right to pursue legal action against individuals who commit fraud, make unwarranted chargebacks, or otherwise attempt to disrupt our billing processes. This may include recovery of the original payment, administrative fees, and any associated legal costs.
Liability Disclaimer
No Warranties: The content, services, and features provided by GPTWhiteLabel (“we”, “us”, “our”) are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
No Guarantee: While we strive to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the content and services provided on GPTWhiteLabel, we do not guarantee, warrant, or represent that they are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GPTWhiteLabel, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors will not be liable for (a) any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, (b) any loss of use, data, business, or profits, whether or not foreseeable, regardless of the legal or equitable theory (contract, tort, breach of warranty, or otherwise) upon which the claim is based.

Termination/Access Restriction
Right to Terminate: GPTWhiteLabel (“we”, “us”, “our”) reserves the right to terminate your access to and use of the website and its associated services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users of the website, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
User Termination: Users may choose to terminate their account at any time by contacting our support team.
Account Deactivation: Upon termination or suspension, your right to use the services provided by GPTWhiteLabel will immediately cease, and we may, at our sole discretion, remove or delete your information and account data.
Survival: Provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive the termination of these terms shall continue in full force and effect subsequent to and notwithstanding the termination of this agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, provisions related to ownership, indemnification, and limitation of liability.
No Liability: GPTWhiteLabel shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination or suspension of your account or any claims related to the termination or suspension of your account. Upon termination or suspension, you will forfeit any fees or payments made for our services.
Breach of Terms: Users found in violation of the User Agreement or other policy documents may receive a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of access rights, at the sole discretion of GPTWhiteLabel.
Changes to Terms
Updates & Revisions: GPTWhiteLabel (“we”, “us”, “our”) reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, add, or remove portions of these terms and conditions at any time. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
Notification: Although we may attempt to notify users of major changes to these terms, it is your responsibility to review the terms regularly. We are under no obligation to provide notification of any changes.
Acceptance: By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the website and/or services.
